When I received the 2 beds I purchased they only included the covers for the beds, no bed itself, I was very upset. when I contacted them I had to take pictures of everything, the box, the bed covers and the inside of the box. After I proved that the beds were not included, then they shipped the beds. I felt like they did not trust me as a customer, I do not think I will ever buy from them again.
