An order was placed on the website on the 26th, when contacting their customer support they replied that orders are processed after 72 hours and could take up to 21 days.
This company may have .co.uk domain name, but after my interaction they are based in the Far East.
If you’re looking for a quick turn around time, then avoid Petsnooze and go with a legitimate uk based business.
