I ordered my Febie Girl a replacement cover for one of my pups that has passed Lookout 1 Car seat. They had their names on the two we have so I decided Febie needed her name on it since she sleeps beside my bed in what she considers her little bed. Snoozer products literally last forever and so the car seats were both still in good shape, only the names were wrong. I couldn’t bear to just throw the other ones out so I clipped the names off and hung them. But the cover arrived and had a small defect on it. I contacted Erika at Snoozer and sent a photo and she said they would get another made and shipped. I did check back twice to see when it was going to be shipped. They did not want the cover back and said they would ship another one. Imagine my sheer shock when I came home and opened the Snoozer box and they had sent Febie AN ENTIRE NEW BED!!! When I tell you this company is second to none I mean it! The mistake that was made initially was small. We so appreciate the whole new bed and am still shocked but their customer service goes above and beyond! We also have 2 cozy cave beds (one embroidered) and the pups love them! We love you Snoozer and we will always support you and recommend you! Thank you again!!
