Last time I got the cozy cave, it would have given a 5/5 review. Unfortunately, this time when I recieved a replacement cover it wasn't up to the same standard. Last time, the cover actually covered my dog like a blanket. This one is stuck in an open position, so it only partially covers my dog. When I reached out to customer service, I was informed if I wanted a replacement I had to ship it back to them (I had to pay the shipping). It is still an innovative product I will likely buy again; but since it also sheds its "fleece" stuff over the course of its entire life (I am having to vacuum extra) I down graded its star status. At least customer service hot back to me fairly quickly.
