The product is a very good product I’m real pleased with the product but the service and the people that work there I’m just not real pleased with I’ve had problems and then I had to pay shipping a large amount just to ship something back because she said the One bed would be fine for a Docksin and it was way too large and I was trying to get their opinion since I can’t see the bed and then I had to pay for shipping back in it was out ragout, then when they shipped the small one out I have two small beds and they’re different sizes one is smaller than the other one how can you have a same size bed and one be smaller I contacted them through email and they never responded that is not good service. The first time I had the problem the girl that answered the phone was very very rude but I was told they were going to speak with her because I told the comments so the product is good but the service is really bad
