When I ordered my snoozer, I was told”most snoozer products are hand sewn in South Carolina and May take a few extra days to ship. That made me very happy because my husband and I have proudly had a manufacturing firm here In the US for 24 years. Well, I was quite upset when the box I received was clearly marked “made in China” very , very disappointed. Also, for a minor added cost, the shoulder straps could be adjusted with a clip, instead of dangling all over the floor unknowingly.. Mine slipped out of the holder and got caught on the wheel and now it is so damaged, I will not be able to ever use this as a backpack, which is extremely disappointing. I would send a picture, but do not know how. I would like further transparency on what products are hand sewn in South Carolina. I felt somewhat deceived, when you advertised “most” I guess I should have called and asked. I don’t think it is a poor product, but I do feel mislead. ~ Rebecca
