The product was advertised to hold up to a 30 pound dog my dog is 22 pounds and barely fits in it. They offered me free shipping with my purchase and when I wasn’t satisfied they said that I could return it and provided me with a label when I got to the post office it actually cost more than half of what I paid for the item to ship it back I contacted them they offered me a reduced rate label to ship it back and told me that they would take the deduction off of my refund which really is not a deduction at all I decided to keep it and sell it as a private sale. I will not be purchasing any items online from this company again.
