I am very disappointed with this product. The wheel rod is bent on this product. It will roll, but it rubs on the piece that sits above it. I was going to ask for a replacement part but realized it was part of the main carrier and not just the the base and figure since it is made in China you probably don't have parts. I think for the price it should not come defective. I would have returned it, but I rolled it around inside my home on hardwood floors and was afraid you might say that the wheels appear used. I didn't want to pay for a return and then have another issue. I also thought this was made in the USA which was another misleading issue on your website. I will not recommend your company for obvious reasons. I am a very dissatisfied customer. I can't understand how this item could pass quality control. The box had no damage at all so it isn't something that happened during shipping.
