My dog loves his cozy cave. He wore out the lambs wool part of the cover so I ordered a replacement cover only. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size and I had to pay my own shipping (it's pretty heavy) but the exchange did happen quickly and my dog is enjoying the new cover. I would give 5 stars if they paid for return shipping on the exchange.
