We ordered a luxury orthopedic cozy cave for our French Bulldog. When it arrived, it was missing the memory foam insert. Customer service was easy to deal with and offered to send the foam pad for free, however, the bed was overall too big for our dog, so we returned it. Return shipping cost nearly $40. I will likely never buy another dog bed online without the option of free return shipping.
