I ordered a pet carrier on 5/16/20. I called today 6/8/20, and the item was sitting in your warehouse!!! Never shipped!!! My payment cleared my bank on 5/18, I am quite disappointed in your shipping department. No reason was given for the shipment not being sent. Sorry not a happy customer!
