There was a faint white cross stitching with the new cover and the cover was just stuffed in a cardboard box. I understand that the additional free cover was not to the company’s advantage and was reproduced unwillingly, however the first cover had a misspelled engraving to which I was upset about. I greatly appreciated the gesture of a new cover, but the product, service and delivery for the second one was a great disappointment.
