Fabulous customer service. I wanted to order a replacement cover for our outdoor dog cushion. The fabric I wanted was discontinued, so Alicia Minter mailed me samples of the upcoming fabrics that had not been photographed and put on the website due to Covid issues. Wow! I chose a fabric, called Alicia back and placed my order. I would give Snoozer Pet Products a "Ten Star" rating if I could.
