actually, i really want to return it as it is too small for my 8 pound yorkie however, i tried to take it out of the car and i can’t remove the one strap which goes under the drivers seat unless i cut it for whatever reason, it just won’t budge and i can’t get that strap out
otherwise it would have been ideal and i am open to buying a larger one
please let me know if i can return or exchange it with the one strap cut as i am unable to remove it if i don’t cut it
