I have been using Snoozer pet products since 2015. Unfortunately I have continued to be disappointed by the quality. My first purchases in 2015 were cozy caves - All my animals love them and the quality was fantastic. I’ve spent over $1500 in the last few years unfortunately every product I have purchased has required replacement covers due to seams testing after washing per instructions. With each order I was hoping the inferior product was an anomaly rather than the norm. This was especially disappointing given the cost of their forgiveness beds. By animals really love their products and I want to love them as well but with the last 10 product support requiring replacement covers, last work occurred within a week of owning the product, I am unfortunately coming to the realization that the inferior product is the norm. Wish it was different.
