While I am happy with the Snoozer Car seat, I wish I could have communication with customer service before ordering. I needed to train my new rescue/foster dog ASAP in the car seat. I would have ordered a medium instead of a small. The product is good, the customer service was not so good! I would definitely recommend this product for anyone who wants to keep their dog safe while the dog looks out the window. Thank you.
