Snotty noses has been fantastic with responsiveness, tips and communication. We bought the snotty boss and it has been an absolute lifesaver in our house. I didn't believe the website when it said that newborns normally don't mind it, as our newborn screamed like we were torturing him when using a manual aspirator. I was proved wrong, our bub doesn't mind it at all, and often smiles happily when I use the snotty boss! It's so satisfying, and really helps to clear his ariways so he could breath, sleep and feed much better! Would 100% recommend, great product and great business
