“I really wanted to love this, but the sound has already stopped working. Waiting for the team to get back to me on what can be done as I haven’t owned it for 3 weeks. If it can be returned and replaced so the sound works again I will give it the proper review that it deserves”

Our customer service team has responded to your email from last night with some troubleshooting to try and get it working again. “My 3 months old baby was congested for a few days in a row. It was mainly at night so when I talked to the GP, the doctor reassured me that my baby looked fine and there was nothing more to do when a baby was congested than using baby saline spray (which I was using). A couple of days after my little one was AGAIN congested at night and having difficulties falling asleep. She had so much snots and I had to hold her upright so she could sleep. I called 13Health and they told me to keep using saline spray, keep an eye on her and take her again to the GP the next morning. I didn't think it was enough! I was so anxious that I started looking for the best product for congested newborns in all the online mom's groups. I found Snotty Boss and I bought it straight away. I texted Snotty Boss around midnight and they replied to me around 6AM. I was able to pick up the product at 8AM as they were Brisbane based. Around 9AM, I was removing all the snot from my little angel. It was a lot! So much for such a little baby. What a life saver product!”

“I like Hush Vaporiser, it helps me to keep the air less dry and white noise sounds help me to sleep. 100% recommend. Although, keep the remote control away if is in the kid's bedroom because it uses batteries.”

Hi Joyce, We appreciate your feedback, it's a shame you gave us 3 stars for your Snotty Boss. We actually looked into having the aspirator rechargeable but like any electronics if it accidently gets wet while cleaning then the product won't turn on. We found by using Alkaline batteries to be the most convenient and fastest way to use it on bub. The last thing you want in the middle of the night is to use your Snotty Boss only to find that there's no charge left and you have to wait 30mins until you can use it.
