“I really wanted to love this, but the sound has already stopped working. Waiting for the team to get back to me on what can be done as I haven’t owned it for 3 weeks. If it can be returned and replaced so the sound works again I will give it the proper review that it deserves”

Our customer service team has responded to your email from last night with some troubleshooting to try and get it working again. “I actually thought it’s work better on my newborn. Even after saline drops, it doesn’t suck the snot out that well. It moves it around but doesn’t appear strong enough. Disappointed.”
