“Unfortunately the Snotty Boss didn't work for us at all. It's true our baby liked it better than the manual one we had, but it barely removed any snot at all and she was still congested. Super disappointed.”

Hi Jane, I'm sorry you didn't experience the normal great suction results with Snotty Boss. We always prefer customers contact us before leaving a negative review, to give us a chance to fix the problem or exchange/return/refund the purchase. We have checked our database but can't see a message from you to report the faulty product. Did you try to contact us? Snotty Boss has a 30 day satisfaction guarantee and a 12 month warranty. The suction strength with good quality batteries is 58-60 kPa, which is far stronger than a bulb aspirator. We look forward to hearing from you and sorting out any problems.
