Works well, if my kids let me get it near their noses. Bought it when they were both sick but they wouldn’t let me use it. My 2 year old has since warmed up to it and we use every day so when we do need it, he’ll be more comfortable with us using it. My 9 month old is a challenge, but we’re trying to warm him up to it too as the times we did get it close it got so much out.
