Buying from a small company is much more rewarding than bigger franchises and the service you receive is much more personal. The communication is quick. The SMS I received seemed more personalized than a canned message letting me know about the tracker number. What I loved was the follow up SMS and email communication after the product was delivered, inviting us to seek further assistance if required. You feel supported from start to finish. Certainly looking forward to purchasing more in the future.
