My sons hated it when I had to use the manual suction pump and they would pull away every time which made it almost impossible to clean out their noses. But the Snotty Boss is so quick and fast, it clears the nose up so much easier! My 2 year old loves it because it tickles him. Would definitely recommend this to everyone, in fact I already have!
