The team at Snotty Noses are amazing! Especially Sarah in customer service! My Aroma Dream Ultrasonic Vaporiser stopped working all of a sudden so I contacted the team. I got an email back within a couple of days asking me a few questions so they could get to the bottom of it. Sarah suggested sending me a new cord after speaking with Laura, if that didn't work they would send me out a new base. The cord worked! So nice of them to send out a replacement and they were prepared to send out another if it didn't work! Was so happy with the service, so quick and they fixed the issue. Amazing team! Thanks heaps guys :) I will be ordering again!!
