Not such a great experience with the product, but excellent customer service experience. Last year my wife bought me a cordless snowblower for my birthday in late February. It worked great the rest of the winter, but when I pulled it out this year it wouldn't start - good battery, dead blower. Not so great. So I called the customer service number. They took my info and promised to send me an email with directions to ship it back and get a new one under warranty. A few days passed and I hadn't received an email so I called again. They corrected the problem by emailing me immediately and shipping a new blower without having to wait. Gave me a prepaid label to ship the old one back. Very pleased with their response - now waiting for a few inches snow to see how the new blower works for me.
