No refund despite valid 2-year warranty I submitted a refund request on May 22 under my valid 2-year warranty. I met all the required conditions and was told to discard the defective unit, which I did. I was assured I would be refunded and provided my banking information through their payment platform. It’s now June 17, and I’ve received nothing — no refund, no confirmation, and no response. All their support emails bounce back or are full. I’m now being ignored. Very disappointed after trusting this brand.
