I bought the Snow Joe 11” in winter 2019 from QVC. . But we had no snow. This year 2020 got to try it for the first time. I’m 5’6”. The handle is too short it more for 5’ person. It harder than my shovel in 9” of snow. I works but would be better with a longer handle. And it don’t work in the grass areas as well made more for drive ways and sidewalks.
