Surprisingly tone deaf and ill informed representativesto assist with product support. Bought a new spotlight, received with defective battery which discharged after being fully charged by me with no use in 3-4 days. Contacted Snowjoe and representative asked that I provide a video demonstrating the problem.....huh ? This is a standard tactic with Snowjoe. I asked them to explain how I should video a faulty battery that discharged by itself over a 3-4 day period. They finally agreed to replace the battery. Not sure why a customer has to be subjected to this BS just to be provided with the properly functioning equipment we purchased. Problem is in process of getting corrected for which I am thankful.
