after many contacts and trying to get help with my order the snow joe support has been awful and not once have they helped to find my parcel or give me information regards my package . The tracking number sent did not work . I have waited many months for the item to be back in stock and then snow joe cannot seem to process an order .
your help is deplorable and i have PAID you for my item but would like my money back !!!!!!!!
