I reached out to Sun Joe customer service for a broken ejector flap on my new detacher and scarifier. Christine help me with my issue. She took her time and provided me information on the warranty. Unfortunately there was no replacement part but instead Christine suggested I will be getting a whole new detacher and scarifier if I agreed. I am so satisfied with her customer service and Sun Joe’s warranty. Thank you for taking care of my issue. Well done Christine and Sun Joe. Another satisfied customer.
