I bought one of your hoses in early May. Last week it split and began to leak about 3' from the wand. I have been using it until my replacement came and on Monday it split again about 1 1/2' from the wand. I called your customer service after the first split and Alexander was very helpful and sent me a replacement hose which I received this afternoon. Your customer service is excellent. I wish I could say the same about your hose.
