I purchased a Snowjoe Fiberhose and in less than a year, with recommended treatment, it started leaking. The jacket showed no signs of a cut or tear but water was pouring out of it about 15 inches from the nozzle. When I contacted customer service, they took my info and on the same day I received an email and I received a new hose within about 10 days. Everyone I spoke with was very cordial and helpful.
Snowjoe has excellent customer service.
