I had a Snow Joe rechargeable cordless lawn mower with the battery housed in the lawn mower. It would not charge and the mower wouldn’t work. When I called in May, I was offered a loaner which was not acceptable. I called yesterday spoke with Che and she processed an exchange, sent an email with a shipping label for UPS. I sent back the defective lawn mower to you today by UPS. I await the replacement lawn mower.
