Every time I contact you I receive different information. I am owed a replacement mower or a refund for my mower.
I was told to provide you with an order number and I did. Then I was told to provide you with invoice and phone call and I did.
I do not want a credit. I want a refund like I was told in a few conversations. This back and forth has been going on for too long. You are not providing me with customer service at all.
I am owed $182.88 so please give me my refund for the defective lawnmower.
