Excellent product (Sun Joe TJ604E 16-Inch 13.5 AMP Electric Garden Tiller) and excellent customer service! The tiller is an absolute beast and I am seriously impressed! ! It is light and does an amazing job. The only issue I experienced was the safety switch would jam and I'd have to keep fiddling with it to find that "sweet spot" to allow the trigger to pull. By no means a deal breaker, it was just an annoyance. Sun Joe really stands behind their product and warranty! Christian (contractor) quickly processed my Tiller replacement. Customer service was fast, friendly and kept in touch throughout the process. I would definitely purchase from Sun Joe again. I would definitely refer others as well.
