Had initially ordered battery/charger package that provided a tool of my choice. The battery and charger came but the wrong tool was sent. I reached out to customer care and worked with a great representative, Julie Rebucas, who was very helpful and professional. Julie helped me with my concern and communication was great. Very pleased and will definitely order again from Sun Joe.
