My Snow Joe was the hardest thing I have ever tried to put together. Trying to push the handle down on the first part of the handle so the gears go together, took brute strength. Then I finally got it together & the wires were on the top of the blower & I had to take it apart again. Then I tried everything to get it started it took me a month of frustration & tears to get it together & working, When I called & got help I got it started right away. Most woman do not have the strength to get the first handle together.
