I contacted customer service about a new snowblower that had stopped working after the second use. The service representative had me do a reset which didn't work. He then started a return and replacement. The proceuwas smooth and easy. I took the snowblower to UPS for shipment and by the time I returned home I a notice that my replacement was already on its way. One of the best customer service experience for equipment ever. I will buy their equipment and tools with confidence.
