wish I hadn't moved to this bodgit leggit company AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID stop sending generic useless pointless emails responses and actually fix the problem Been with them for the last 3 months and still to date I've not yet received any statements / cost of electricity I've used, despite contacting them about 6 to 9 times, even complaining to them, their customer care is useless avoid, all they do is send out generic emails. I’ve just looked at So Energy Estimated Annual Consumption estimate and there are 2 meters, both with the same MPAN Number both with 5,653 KWh with a total of 11,306 KWh, this has been ongoing since my switch over in July 23 I live in a 1 bedroomed flat with 2 people, and only have 1 electric smart meter Also to date since my switch over date to using yourselves since July 23, you have not sent me a bill / statement cost of my electricity usage, which I find alarming in today’s current climate. Can someone sort this out or do I have to contact Ofgem and seek advice I cant even submit a manual meter reading, avoid this company Can someone / anyone please adjust to reflect this?
