Absolutely appalling customer service. Emailed to check what pillowcases would go with the duvet set I was ordering was given help. Immediately ordered both. A few days later pillowcases arrived no sign of message about duvet set. Numerous attempts to email and phone eventually told it was out of stock or refund emailed to say refund for both items as they were bought to go together. Again nothing numerous attempts to get through by phone and lots of emails. Had refund for duvet set but they are refusing to refund pillowcases because I washed them ready to use when duvet set arrived, which I have now been told has been out of stock ages and is wrong on the website. I now have 2 pillowcase which don't match the bedding I have due to their incompetence. I am pursuing this, was promised a response yesterday but as normal no response will be contacting them again today. Do not touch this company used to be good but no more.
