“I don't seem to be able to have any contact with customer service?! The number on the website doesn't connect, the online chat leads to nothing and I've had no response from email comms. Yodel will not accept my return due to the size of the box it was sent in (I've tried numerous drop offs) and Soak and Sleep won't respond. Really not sure how to progress. Very disappointed with the customer service which is a shame as I am an advocate of their products. It will definitely put me off shopping with them in the future.”

“I bought a topper, £112, and used it for 1 night under protection. It did not make my sleep any more comfortable and so I asked to return it in is original packaging within 48 hours of receipt, and they said no! £112 wasted! How are you to test it if you don't use it once! Awful.”
