I purchased SoBuy Storage Display Wall Shelf - Brown (through The range)! It's faulty and it injured my father, the screws/bolts were not holding the legs together, so I phoned The range head office to be told that I'd get an email to send over evidence of the legs not locking in! So I sent 2 photos and a video of it and I got a email back from SoBuy saying we didn't put it together right by Carrie and my father has built many cabinets over his 73 years on this planet, I've got no satisfaction from them in the first instance so I contacted Klarna and said I wasn't paying for something I couldn't use thry advised me I'd get a refund when I want a replacement and to contact SoBuy which I did on live chat sent the video, pictures twice over to be ignored, so I phoned the range and they said "SoBuy are checking their stock and they'll email me shortly" I've received nothing still waiting!
