I signed up to a campaign and was excited to get started. But for some reason I wasn't able to connect my social account with Social Boost in order to start the campaign. The 3rd party authentication created an issue. We tried a couple times with no success. I said forget it but because I didn't do a formal Cancelation of my subscription, Social Boost kept charging my card, although not providing a service.
The people handling customer service.....were not the problem, but was very professional
If you sign up and can't get your social accounts connected, make sure you put your cancelation in writing as this company still collects even if they don;t provide the service. So professional right?
