Wonderful customer service. Gift was sent to old address as I didn’t know the recipient had moved. The courier delivered the parcel without verifying if the receiver was actually still residing there, and when brought it up to Social Supermarket they were happy to send a new parcel to the correct address while at the same time handling the whole wrong delivery with the courier themselves. 5 stars.
