“First class. Easy to use, excellent product range, first class service-real value for money”

“I had a problem with my order and it didn't arrive however this was at the retailer/ delivery companys end, not with Social Supermarket. When I got in contact with them, they went above & beyond to remedy the situation including a full refund and there really wasn't more they could do. Matt kept in regular contact and was very helpful; I was really pleased with the customer service.”

“I didn’t get any email regarding the delivery of my parcel and in addition due to this my half parcel was already delivered and unboxed. So this was a bad experienced. And still I don’t even know that when will I receive my remaining parcel….!?”
