I was searching for a teapot to replace one which had broken. Social Supermarket had the right model (a round Forlife small pot), in the right colour for the cheapest price. The delivery was quick and the transaction easy. That the company ethics are sound is a real bonus.

Ordered several hampers 2 weeks before Xmas, on the Monday. By the following Monday, still no notification they had dispatched. Website has no phone number to call, no live chat. Website also has no account login feature, so I have to go back through all my emails to see what the order numbers are etc. All they have is email, not even a webform or ticket system. A lovely looking website with lots of lovely "Socially Sustainable" hampers, but not much to back it up.

We recently onboarded a new fulfilment partner, which unfortunately resulted in temporary operational issues that affected our service levels.
