Ordered several hampers 2 weeks before Xmas, on the Monday. By the following Monday, still no notification they had dispatched. Website has no phone number to call, no live chat. Website also has no account login feature, so I have to go back through all my emails to see what the order numbers are etc. All they have is email, not even a webform or ticket system. A lovely looking website with lots of lovely "Socially Sustainable" hampers, but not much to back it up.

We recently onboarded a new fulfilment partner, which unfortunately resulted in temporary operational issues that affected our service levels. At the same time we found ourselves understaffed during our peak season, which led to the issues you faced. Incredibly disappointing service. We've been waiting 3 weeks for the Indian Spice Collection to be delivered. We have no idea when or if it will finally arrive. There just appears to be no business control on logistics, or a grasp of how to rectify things for a customer when things go wrong.

I have just received a corporate gift box from my company. The extent of packaging is not consistent with your values and the values of society at present. A cardboard box within another cardboard box, really?? Also the box is a least twice the size necessary for the contents as most of the space was taken up by polystyrene beads. It is verging on being "Amazonesqe" for oversized and unnecessary packaging. Not impressed.

Hi Bryan, Thank you for your feedback. Happy to confirm the packing peanuts are made from potato starch rather than polystyrene and are fully biodegradable. They even dissolve in water: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/pkHkhbVXk5E In terms of the box inside a box, since this is a gift box the outer shipping box is needed for protection, and all boxes are made from minimum 90% recycled cardboard. We work hard to fit contents in the smallest box possible, with the main restriction being where there is a bulky item like a bottle of wine this will require a certain minimum size. However we take your feedback seriously and will continue looking at ways we can reduce the box sizes & overall cardboard used across the range. All the best, Matt
Shopped here as I had a gift voucher, but wasn't impressed and would have much preferred something like M&S, JL, etc. Prices and range aren't great. Lots of products out of stock. Delivery is ridiculous due to cost and the fact that different products arrive from different companies at different times.

I ordered two items from this website. Only one of the items was dispatched with no explanation whatsoever as to why the full items were not dispatched. Upon contact, I was informed it would be looked into and there is still no contact as to where the rest of my order is and when if at all I will be receiving it.

I hadn’t realised this was a drop shipping store. Most of my items still haven’t arrived. Gifts were sent with items missing and no gift message.

A system error with one of our brands caused some products to be missed and the gift note to not be included, which is really frustrating. This error has now been resolved. I understand the delay on the rest of your order was caused by the Royal Mail strikes but these items have now arrived safely.
