Ordered several hampers 2 weeks before Xmas, on the Monday.
By the following Monday, still no notification they had dispatched.
Website has no phone number to call, no live chat.
Website also has no account login feature, so I have to go back through all my emails to see what the order numbers are etc.
All they have is email, not even a webform or ticket system.
A lovely looking website with lots of lovely "Socially Sustainable" hampers, but not much to back it up.
