“I had a problem with my order and it didn't arrive however this was at the retailer/ delivery companys end, not with Social Supermarket. When I got in contact with them, they went above & beyond to remedy the situation including a full refund and there really wasn't more they could do. Matt kept in regular contact and was very helpful; I was really pleased with the customer service.”

“I was informed after my purchase that the product I ordered was out of stock, however the customer service contacted me immediately and refunded my order straight away. I was very happy with the kind service and went back to purchase an alternative from the site. Great selection of good quality products and the delivery was speedy.”

“I originally wanted to order one bottle of Forty Hall wine to try it but the delivery charge would have been £7. Outrageous! So I ordered 6 bottles with free delivery. Made super Christmas presents. Lovely people to deal with.”

Hi Gillian, thank you so much for your feedback. We understand around the shipping charge relative to the single bottle and it is related to the carrier we use to ship such fragile items. We are exploring alternative options for this which should help reduce the shipping charge in the future. So pleased the presents were well received!
