Terrible service. I ordered two bath rugs and wanted to change, not cancel, my order. Within two hours of ordering, I tried to change the order and was told I could not. I find this to be absolutely ridiculous and such BS. Clearly, they simply want the consumer to just give up and keep the order. I could understand the policy if the order had shipped. Never again will I get burned by Society6 again!
