“Purchased an item from a young entrepreneur and artist to support her start. Society6 sent a badly made item that was unusable and with a finish that did not match the photo. The zipper was not even placed properly and I ended up hiring a local seamstress to fix it. I sent them a note and they did nothing: no answers, no offer for a replacement. They are taking advantage of young entrepreneurs. I sent the artist quiet feedback directly with a video of my purchase so I would not compromise her public reviews – her art is still beautiful and she is not the one manually making her products. This way she can find another vendor (I hope!). Adding photo of my order confirmation to show that this review is real!”
“Terrible service. I ordered two bath rugs and wanted to change, not cancel, my order. Within two hours of ordering, I tried to change the order and was told I could not. I find this to be absolutely ridiculous and such BS. Clearly, they simply want the consumer to just give up and keep the order. I could understand the policy if the order had shipped. Never again will I get burned by Society6 again!”
